Dr. Todd Dreitzler
Meet Dr. Todd Dreitzler, M.D., our Medical Director, affectionally known as "Dr. Todd" — and you're welcome to call him that, too! With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Todd is our go-to expert for state-of-the-art treatments that help ease the pain and problems associated with musculoskeletal conditions. Dr. Todd is not only a board-certified Family Medicine Physician with a keen focus on Regenerative, Orthopedic, and Pain Management Medicine, but he also has a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine and a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy.
His unique, multidisciplinary approach has brought relief and recovery to thousands of patients dealing with the pain of osteoarthritis, chronic issues, and injuries caused by anything from sports to overtraining and repetitive strains. What you'll really love about Dr. Todd, besides his incredible expertise, is just how personable, friendly, and down-to-earth he is.

Olga Matatova, PA-C
Olga Matatova, PA-C, has an incredible journey that started in Kazakhstan and brought her to the United States when she was just four years old. She's bilingual, speaking both Russian and English fluently. Olga is an ASU alum, where she majored in psychology and minored in science back in 2010. She didn't stop there; she went on to earn her master's in Physician Assistant Studies from AT Stills University in Mesa, Arizona, three years later.
Her diverse background spans family practice, urgent care, spine and sports medicine, pain management, and vein disease. When the weekend rolls around, Olga is all about spending quality time with her two boys and hitting her health and fitness targets. She's super passionate about health and wellness, not just for herself but for her patients too.
Olga thrives in a team setting and comes to work every day with a big smile, knowing she's making a real difference in people's lives.
Kathleen Cornell, R.T. (R)
Kathleen is our amazing X-Ray Tech and Medical Assistant who loves to make sure patients and their families are well-informed about procedures, risks, and what to expect afterward. She truly cares about making sure everyone understands their options and spends plenty of time listening to and valuing each patient’s concerns.
Everyone appreciates Kathleen's great sense of humor and genuine warmth. In her spare time, Kathleen loves to get outdoors, play with her puppy, and go on spontaneous road trips visiting our National Parks!
Cortney Ruffalo
Cortney is our superstar office manager/receptionist who makes sure our medical office runs like a dream. She's fantastic at making patients feel welcome, handling the busy appointment schedules, and keeping track of all the daily happenings. Thanks to her incredible skills, Valley Joint Restoration is a smooth-running place that our patients really love.
Her warm smile and friendly vibe show just how much we care, right from the moment our patients walk in.
Tiki
Tiki is our adorable patient-support dog in training. She's a big fan of treats and loves to greet our patients with a happy tail wag.
She's here to make your visit a little brighter and as a rescue dog from Mexico, she’s also bi-lingual!
